We hope your product reaches you in perfect condition and performs exactly as it should but in the rare instance this doesn’t happen we want to help you as soon as possible.

If you don’t have an account with us, please contact us by email at [email protected] with details of your return. We will provide you with a returns reference number (RMA).
An RMA number is essential to process your return and must be quoted in further communication and printed on the box of the item(s) you are returning.
If the RMA is not clearly stated on the box then the parcel(s) will be refused
Within 30 days of delivery of goods
Goods can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition and should have their original packaging including all the leads, accessories and manuals it came with but making sure NO FLUID is left in the tank or sent back with the units (should it require any.
If the item is returned to us and is incomplete or the condition doesn’t allow resale, we will apply a restocking fee to your refund.
If the item is damaged or faulty- we will pay carrier fees from yourself to us.
If the item is unwanted- you will pay carrier fees from yourself to us.
After 30 days of delivery of goods
If the product has developed a fault after 30 days then the unit is subject to a repair. Only in some circumstances, where the unit cannot be repaired, we will either issue a replacement or a credit note to the amount originally paid.
You will pay carrier fees to return the item to us.
We will pay carrier fees to get the repair/replacement to you.
Damages must be reported in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and clear photos of the damage provided.
All items we sell come complete with a 1 Year Guarantee, which covers parts and labour for repairs.
The only items that are not covered under this guarantee are user replaceable items that are subject to wear and tear. These include items such as: mixer crossfaders, tightening bolts and carry bag zips which cannot be guaranteed.
