Mackie Thump 212

The Mackie Thump 212 is a new addition to the hugely popular Thump series. The Loudspeakers are more potent, capable, and cost-effective than ever. Thump 212, completely redesigned from the ground up, includes powerful tools, a 1400W super-efficient Class-D amplifier, a 12” high-performance woofer and heavy-duty drivers, including a 1” compression driver.

Thump keeps the show running smoothly when it matters most, thanks to the addition of a Feedback Eliminator and a Music Ducking mode. Feedback Eliminator is where it reduces feedback (e.g., squeals) and out-of-control rumbles, and Music Ducking mode minimises the level of Channel Two automatically when a signal is received in Channel One.

Thump will become your new favourite loudspeaker, especially with the incredibly versatile I/O, renowned Thump sound quality, and straightforward portability.

When the Music Ducking button is pressed Channel 2 will automatically turn down when audio is detected in Channel 1.

Input Flexibility
There are number of flexible connection options within the Mackie Thump Range, including dual TRS/XLR inputs and a stereo 1/8” aux input which eliminates the need for excess and unwanted cabling and adapters.

Mackie Thump 115S Subwoofer

The Mackie Thump115S is a 15-inch subwoofer for reinforcing live sound and PA systems, ideal for installation in live venues. This subwoofer provides the same 1400 W Class D amplification seen in Mackie's new Thump 2 range, delivering thunderous low-end power to reinforce any venue's sound. The Thump115S offers selectable voicing modes to adjust its sound to fit any performance, with a variable crossover to dial in exactly where you want the sub to end and your full-range speakers to start.

Mackie's Thump speakers have become a fast favourite for live venue owners and touring bands alike. Now, with this resdesign, Mackie are improving on an already popular product range. More powerful amplifiers, stronger drivers, and advanced DSP come together to give the Thump 2 range everything that made the originals so beloved, and a whole lot more to go with it.

Fresh DSP
Mackie have now added two DSP features for maintaining a smooth-running show. This subwoofer features four custom voicings that can be switched to fit the music being played in any venue, tuning your low-end with Flat, Deep, Punch and Variable modes. Polarity inversion for achieves focused bass that doesn't leak backwards, and the variable crossover allows for a further customised sound.

Improved sound and connectivity
The Thump115S provides renewed amplification, with 1400 W of Class D amplification, this speaker boasts even snappier transient response, and beefy low-end. Then, the redesigned woofer and compression drivers further improve sound quality and maximum output. Stereo and mono summing options make it easy to chain subwoofers for a full system, or just keep one in a smaller venue. Full-range and high-pass outputs can also be blended to achieve a custom balance.
