Description

The Showtec Phantom 120LSR Beam is a high-output IP65-rated moving head designed to deliver razor-sharp aerial effects for professional stages, festivals, touring productions, clubs and outdoor events. Powered by a 120 W laser-based light source, it produces an exceptionally tight 1° beam with a total luminous flux of 4200 lumens, creating intense, clearly defined effects that remain visible across large venues and event spaces. Endless pan and tilt rotation gives lighting designers additional creative freedom for fast, continuous movement effects.

A comprehensive effects system includes a colour wheel with 22 dichroic colours plus open, a gobo wheel with 28 gobos plus open, an 8-facet circular prism and a 6-facet linear prism. These can be combined to produce layered aerial effects, beam multiplication and dynamic patterns, while the integrated frost filter allows the fixture to move beyond traditional beam effects by producing softer-edged gobos and smooth wash-style output. Motorised focus and 16-bit pan and tilt resolution provide precise control over both projection and movement.

Control is available via DMX, RDM, manual operation and built-in programs, with optional CRMX Classic and W-DMX wireless compatibility for flexible professional installations. The battery-powered LCD display allows configuration even when the fixture is disconnected from mains power, making setup and addressing quicker during rigging. Its lightweight yet rigid carbon fibre reinforced plastic housing provides IP65 protection for outdoor use, while Power Pro True connections, 5-pin DMX and supplied Quick-Lock brackets make the Phantom 120LSR Beam well suited to demanding touring and production environments.
