Description

The BRITEQ BT-NODE 283 is a professional high-speed Art-Net and sACN node designed for advanced DMX network distribution in lighting installations, live productions, theatres, touring systems, and event environments. Featuring eight fully configurable DMX ports within a compact 1U 19" rackmount chassis, the BT-NODE 283 provides flexible network-to-DMX conversion with comprehensive configuration and monitoring options.

Each DMX port can be individually configured as either an input or output, allowing the unit to function as a highly adaptable network distribution hub for complex lighting systems. Output ports support single, HTP, and LTP merge modes, while input ports support standard DMX input operation. Integrated IP merging and RDM over Art-Net compatibility further enhance system flexibility for professional lighting control applications.

Configuration and monitoring can be performed via the built-in web interface or directly from the front-panel graphic LCD display with rotary encoder control. Designed for both fixed installations and rental applications, the BT-NODE 283 also features automatic Ethernet bypass in the event of power loss and PowerCON-compatible power linking for simplified rack integration.
