PALMER MONICON L G2 – Active/Passive Studio Monitor Controller

The Palmer MONICON L G2 is a fully-featured studio monitor controller that offers comprehensive signal management for professional and home studios alike. Engineered in Germany and housed in a robust desktop chassis, the MONICON L combines active and passive functionality with a transparent, latency-free analogue signal path for uncompromised audio quality.

It features three switchable input sources, including balanced XLR/TRS combo inputs, a 3.5 mm AUX input, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity with support for SBC, aptX™, and aptX™ HD audio codecs. This allows seamless integration with a wide variety of sources—from audio interfaces and playback devices to smartphones and tablets. Each input is equipped with LED status indicators, and the AUX/Bluetooth input has its own dedicated volume control.

The output section includes two stereo balanced XLR outputs and a mono XLR output, allowing precise control of multiple monitoring setups including main monitors, nearfields, and subwoofers. A large analog rotary volume control provides precise master level adjustment, while additional controls include mono, mute, dim, and a PFL function for pre-listening.

Dual headphone outputs with independent level control offer convenient monitoring and auditioning capabilities without interfering with your main mix.

Despite its built-in power supply to support Bluetooth and headphone functionality, the MONICON L maintains an all-analogue signal path for zero-latency performance. This makes it ideal for critical monitoring tasks in mixing, mastering, or production workflows.
