Aktive 4-Kanal-DI-Box. Jeder Kanal verfügt über einen Klinkeneingang mit einem parallelen Ausgang zur Weiterleitung des Signals. Ein Dämpfungsschalter (-30 dB) ermöglicht den Anschluss eines Line- oder Lautsprechersignals. Aktive 4 x DI-Box im 19"-Format. Technische Daten wie PAN-02, jedoch ist das PAN-03 für den Netzbetrieb ausgelegt. Alle Anschlüsse und Schalter befinden sich auf der Frontplatte, ein zusätzlicher paralleler XLR-Ausgang befindet sich auf der Rückseite. 19-Zoll-Rack-Einbauformat, 1 Rack-Platz, 90 mm von vorne nach hinten.
