Remarque : lorsque ces ampoules arrivent, elles peuvent émettre un bruit lorsqu'elles sont cliquetées. Ce n’est pas un défaut et c’est une caractéristique courante de l’ampoule UV. En effet, les ampoules contiennent du gaz et lorsqu'elles sont expédiées par temps froid, le gaz peut cristalliser. Cela n'affecte pas les performances et ne devrait prendre que quelques utilisations avant que le hochet ne disparaisse.
Une fois la ou les ampoules allumées, cela devrait prendre env. 10 minutes avant d'atteindre la pleine capacité. Cela est dû aux ampoules contenant un ballast qui libère le gaz lentement.
