Description

1U rack-mountable audio source with six different playback modes all in a single, compact unit. The clean and minimalist front panel features a full-color TFT display, which shows mode and settings information, including a clock in standby mode. Controls on the right side of the front panel operate the menus and playback, along with the included remote control handset. Modes include a slot-feed CD player, USB player, SD card player, FM tuner, DAB/DAB+ tuner, and Bluetooth receiver. A compact magnetic spring antenna is provided for FM and DAB+ reception, which connects to an F socket on the AS-6 rear panel, or alternatively, this socket can be connected to a roof-mounted aerial for best possible reception. This mkII model has Left and Right outputs on both unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR connectors. It provides a comprehensive solution for playback in any sound system installation requiring background music and other continuous program material.
