Le PM 400 est un microphone d'appel à condensateur adapté à une utilisation avec la plupart des amplificateurs mélangeurs de sonorisation. Alimenté par une pile standard 9 V PP3, le PM 400 permet à l'installateur d'utiliser la qualité sonore de l'élément à condensateur avec des amplificateurs qui ne disposent pas d'alimentation fantôme.
