The JBL 306P MkIII is a powered studio monitor suited to larger production spaces and demanding audio work. Its 6.5-inch low-frequency driver reaches down to 43Hz, giving you controlled bass for music production, content creation, post-production, and immersive audio. A 25mm soft-dome tweeter extends up to 38kHz, while JBL's Image Control Waveguide provides precise stereo imaging across a wide 120° x 90° coverage area.

With 110W of bi-amplified Class D power and up to 112dB peak SPL, there's plenty of headroom for monitoring dynamic material. Four onboard DSP controls also give you 81 room-tuning combinations, helping you compensate for desktop, stand, or wall placement and adjust high- and low-frequency response. And for cleaner bass, the double-flared Slipstream port is designed to minimise turbulence and unwanted port noise.

A 25mm soft-dome tweeter combines with JBL's Image Control Waveguide to provide clear high-mid detail and a controlled listening area. Frequency extension reaches 38kHz, while the waveguide provides 120° x 90° coverage for consistent monitoring across a wide area. This makes it easier to hear positioning and detail as you work, particularly useful when you're making decisions about stereo imaging, editing content, or building immersive productions. That extra output is particularly useful in larger production spaces or when you're working with material containing wide dynamic changes. A balanced Neutrik combo input also makes it straightforward to integrate the monitor with compatible studio equipment, while support for +4dBu and -10dBV operating levels gives you flexibility across different setups.

The redesigned 165mm (6.5-inch) low-frequency driver gives the 306P MkIII bass extension down to 43Hz at -10dB, helping you hear more of the low end without immediately reaching for a larger monitor. It's paired with JBL's double-flared Slipstream port, which is designed to reduce turbulence and port noise as levels increase. The result is controlled, articulate bass that can help you judge low-frequency content while producing and mixing. A ported 15mm MDF enclosure supports the acoustic design, while the monitor's cabinet keeps the system manageable within growing studio setups.
